COMPANY PROFILE
The Company, Transpower Builders and Development Corporation (TBDC) was establised on March 3, 1998 at Patrick St. corner John St., Pleasent view Subdivision, acruiring subcontractor works to various General Contracting Companies such as WUCC (William Uy Constrcution Corporation), NEIEC (North East China Eletrci Power Impor and Export Corp. ), MIESCOR (Meralco Industrial Engineering Services Corp.), SLDCC (S.L. Devellopment and Construction Corp.) and many others.
The Company is primarily aimed in participating in the following construction endeavors: Engineering Services, Electric Power Development, Industrial Condtuction Facilities and Telecommunications.
In 2003, TBDC began joining bidding under NPC (National Power Corporation) and TransCo (National Transmission Corporation) finishing vairuos inra with supplies projects such as in Constrcution of RF Building, Telecommunication Tower, Transmission Lines, Rehabilitation of Building and Towers until 2009 when TransCo was privatized by NGCP (National Grid Corporation of the Philippines). TBDC is now an accredited bidder of NGCP and is continously joining bidding and eventually being awarded with some of their major projects until present.
By 2007, TBDC was awarded its major contract as Sub-Contractor to AER Construction for the Rehabilitation of Damaged Transmission Lines due to Typhoon Reming in Bico
In 2008, another major contact was landed by TBDC as Turn-Key Contractor to HECL (Hyundai Engineering Company, Limited) for the supply of labor, Material and other incidentals Necessary for the Constuction of SCH II - Nothern Panay 128kV Transmission Backbone Project with 141 Trasmission Line Tower.
The Company which started off with seven (7) office staff and only about thirty seven (37) employed for manpower is now a company composed of forty eight (48) permanent and over three hundred (300) contractual and projects hired workers.
